Dear Clover Park High School Students, Families, and Community, 

It is an honor to serve as the new principal of Clover Park High School. I bring to this role over two decades of experience as a teacher, coach, and school leader, and I am deeply committed to building a strong, inclusive school culture where all students feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed. At the heart of my leadership is a belief in the power of relationships, the belief that all students can achieve at high levels, collaboration, and equity. I look forward to learning more about the traditions and strengths that make this school and community so special. 

As I begin this journey, my priority is to listen and learn. Through conversations with students, staff, families, and community members, I aim to understand what Clover Park High does well and where we can grow together. This work will inform a plan to support and grow academic excellence, student well-being, and a culture of belonging. I am committed to being present in classrooms and around campus, to building trust, and to leading with transparency and care. 

Together, we will create a school where every student is challenged, supported, and celebrated. I look forward to partnering with you to ensure a safe, engaging, and successful school year.
